(Orders are accepted on these conditions only; any modifications of terms and/or conditions on customer purchase orders not withstanding.) Prices subject to change without notice. In periods of gyrating metal markets or if tariffs are in effect surcharges may be used.
Minimum charge: Orders less than $50.00 are subject to a handling charge of $10.00.
New charge accounts: We require the name of your bank, resale tax number and three (3) company names where you now have an open account terms. Please allow our credit department ten business days in which to establish open account terms. The company reserves the right to modify specifications if improved material becomes available or better methods of production are devised. At all times, we will endeavor to advise the customer of changes prior to processing of order.
Transportation terms: Our prices are F.O.B., our factory. Our charges for United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Parcel Post, etc. are according to prevailing published rates. (Including any fuel or handling surcharges.)
Damages or shortages in shipments en route: Our responsibility does not extend beyond our plant. Examine all shipments carefully before the delivering carrier leaves your premises. Where damage or shortage has occurred, be sure and have the freight bill (truck freight shipments) show this and have it signed by the driver. Concealed damage claims must be made within forty eight (48) hours. In all instances we will attempt to assist you in securing adjustment providing you follow the above recommendations.
